Janette is happy to be part of a team that is kind, compassionate, and dedicated to quality patient care.
 
Her vast skillset and her years of experience have given her the tools she needs to make Arktos Direct Care a successful and efficient clinic.
 
 
Janette is a Colorado native, fluent in Spanish, and has a wonderful extended family in the Front Range. She is happily married, has four children, and in her free time enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with family.

Stephen Thomas LCSW ACC

Stephen Thomas, LCSW, ACC is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Addiction Counselor specializing in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy.

He was raised in Georgia where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English at Georgia State University. After 15 years working as an audio-visual technician and nonprofit grant writer, Stephen’s interest in consciousness and psychology led him to pursue a Masters in Social Work at Colorado State University. He completed his internship at SummitStone Health Partners in Fort Collins, where he worked for two years as a behavioral health clinician. He then gained extensive experience in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) at Wholeness Center before starting a private psychotherapy practice.

Stephen finds great joy and inspiration as a therapist helping people find their unique path to enhanced self-awareness, empowerment, and clarity. He is passionate about the intersections of health, spirituality, and society and has maintained a deep interest in the potential of psychedelic medicines for holistic healing. He co-founded the Psychedelic Research and Training Institute in 2019 and has served as Course Director for its KAP training program since 2021.

His therapeutic style is person-centered and draws on training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, addictions counseling, and Internal Family Systems therapy. Stephen believes that mental, physical, and spiritual health are intimately connected and incorporates modalities that address these dimensions holistically. He offers KAP treatment for clients seeking an integrated approach to mental health for a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and psychospiritual concerns.

Stephen lives in Fort Collins and in his free time enjoys traveling, DJing, and exploring nature.

Kelli Weiner, MD

Dr. Kelli Weiner, MD is a board-certified anesthesiologist.

She is highly skilled and dedicated with over 20 years of experience practicing in Northern Colorado. Her passion for taking care of people extends beyond her primary field, as she is excited to bring her expertise and compassionate approach to her aesthetic practice.

Before pursuing a career in medicine, Dr. Weiner earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Christian University. Subsequently, she attended the University of Colorado School of Medicine, where she obtained her Medical Degree. Following her medical education, she completed a rigorous Anesthesia residency program at the University of Colorado.

Having settled in northern Colorado with her husband, Dr. Weiner feels privileged to have served as a physician in the community for many years. Over the past several years, Dr. Weiner has brought medical expertise to her aesthetic practice. Driven by her passion for advancements in aesthetics, she is eager to incorporate the latest techniques and treatments into her practice.

To Dr. Weiner, aesthetics is not a one-size-fits-all specialty. She believes in taking the time to understand each individual and collaborate on developing a personalized treatment plan. Recognizing that desires and aesthetic needs can change as we age, she is committed to getting to know her patients and treating them as a whole person.

Aida Yavari, DO

Dr. Aida Yavari, DO is a board-certified physician in Family Medicine.

She obtained her degree in Microbiology from the University of California at Santa Barbara. She spent two years studying autoimmune biologic therapy prior to attending medical school at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. She completed her internship and residency in Family Medicine at Pacific Hospital in Long Beach, California.

Since graduating from residency, Dr. Yavari has worked in both private practice and community medicine. She is passionate about, and dedicated to, patient wellness. She enjoys the expansive knowledge gained in Family Medicine, as well as the art of rejuvenation and aesthetic medicine. Dr. Yavari is formally trained to perform injections of Botox, fillers, Kybella, and microneedling both with and without platelet rich plasma. Her medical expertise allows her to offer clients personalized, professional health & beauty services with optimal results.

Dr. Yavari is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, and the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine.

Kyle Hampton, DO

Dr. Kyle N. Hampton, DO is a board-certified physician in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy.

He was born and raised in Oregon and attended Oregon State University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Philosophy with a focus on Ethics. After graduating from OSU, he spent two years working at a nursing home and fighting wildland forest fires in the summer. Dr. Hampton attended medical school at Midwestern University – Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. He then completed his internship and residency training in Family Medicine at Pacific Hospital of Long Beach in California.

Dr. Hampton has always enjoyed the outdoors and sports, which has helped to promote his professional medical interest of musculoskeletal health. He practices an integration of OMT with family medicine to help promote healthy body functioning. He believes in the osteopathic principles that the musculoskeletal system plays a key role in maintaining health and that the body has the natural ability to self-regulate and self-heal. These tenets also led him to add prolotherapy into his medical practice to help promote that natural healing process. He has been formally trained in various techniques of prolotherapy and offers a wide range of treatment options. A major goal of Dr. Hampton’s care is to keep you out there doing the things you enjoy.

Dr. Hampton is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, the American Osteopathic Association of Prolotherapy and Regenerative Medicine, the Colorado Medical Society, and the Northern Colorado Medical Society.
